Welcome to the Advocates section of our website. We are committed to supporting our Advocates by regularly updating them with clear information, resources, and educational material.
Optima Portal
Optima is CASA of Monterey County’s online database that provides you with access to documents, contacts, and hearing information.
- Advocates are required to input Contact Logs a minimum of two (2) times per month
- Contact logs are confidential between you and CASA staff – they are not shared with other members of the child’s team.
- Use the “Training Logs” tab to enter your continuing education hours to be reviewed by your Advocate Supervisor.
