Birth to Five

CASA of Monterey County’s Birth to Five Program is specifically tailored to address the distinct needs of children under 5 who are in the dependency system while advocating for them in court.

Birth to Five Advocates offers personalized support to assist parents and caregivers in building connections with their children, strengthening their support system, and accessing parenting and community resources that will remain available even after their case is closed.
